Ad Hoc Club (14): 朱古力玫瑰特韌曲奇 ~ Chewy Chocolate Rose Cookies [Recipe]









材料:

牛油
150
Butter
150 g
黃糖
100
Brown Sugar
100 g
可可粉
50
Cocoa Powder
50 g
麵粉
250
All-purpose flour
250 g
雞蛋

Egg
1
1茶匙
Salt
1 tsp
泡打粉
1茶匙
baking soda
1 tsp
玫瑰油
1湯匙
Rose Extract
1 tbsp
牛奶
2湯匙
Whole Milk
2 tbsp







做法:

Directions:


將牛油、黃糖打成忌廉狀
Cream together the butter, brown sugar until well blended


加入雞蛋及牛奶打勻


Beat in the egg and milk .
 

入玫瑰精華
Add rose extract.


加入麵粉、可可粉、泡打粉、梳打粉及鹽拌勻

Sift and stir in the flour, baking soda and salt until just blended.




 Mix in chocolate chips, nuts, and/or dried fruit at wish.
 Put in the fridge for at least one hour.


將麵團分成小份, 弄成球型

Divide the dough into portions



用200度焗10分鐘

Bake in preheated 200 C oven for 10 minutes or until the edges are slightly toasted.

材料和做法 跟 3C曲奇 差不多,  這次只是把餅弄得小一點~
