Ad Hoc Club (17): 香脆有"營"焗薯[食譜] ~ Crispy Baked Hassel-back Potatoes [Recipe]






材料:
Ingredients:

馬鈴薯
Potatoes
800 g
橄欖油
Olive Oil
3 tbsp
香草(切碎
Mixed Herbs (crushed)
1 tbsp
黑椒
Black Pepper
1/4 tsp
Salt
1/4 tsp
Extra Toppings

煙肉 (切粒)
Bacon (diced)
100 g
牛油 (切粒)
Butter (diced)
1 tbsp
(切碎
Onion (finely chopped)
2 tbsp


Directions:


先把馬鈴薯洗淨,抹乾水分。
Scrub the potatoes clean and pat them dry





如切片般切馬鈴薯,留下底部附著。
Cut each potato into 1/2-cm. slices, leaving slices attached at the bottom.





混合調味料, 掃上馬鈴薯表面。
Combine the oil and seasonings; brush / drizzle over potatoes.





置在焗盤上。放入已預熱至180C的焗爐中焗熟,約60分鐘。
Place on baking tray, and bake in preheated 180C oven for around 60 minutes, or until golden brown.




Remarks:

在底部多切幾下, 味道更均勻~
